LetsPick.one ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use LetsPick.one, our hosted service for creating and sharing group decisions, swipe polls, and availability.
What LetsPick.one is
LetsPick.one lets signed-in hosts create decisions with proposed dates, locations, or other options, share a link with guests, and view aggregated responses. Guests may respond without creating an account, depending on how the host shares the decision.
Information we collect
If you create an account, we process data needed to sign you in (such as your email address) and to operate your decisions: titles, descriptions, options, and responses submitted by you and your guests (for example names and availability). We use this data only to provide the service, improve reliability and security, and communicate with you about your account when necessary.
Hosting and service providers
The service is hosted on infrastructure providers (for example Vercel for the web app). Authentication and data storage may be processed by Supabase or similar providers we configure. Those services have their own privacy terms and may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses or logs) as part of hosting. We choose providers that fit a production web application and keep access limited to what is needed to run LetsPick.one.
Related products
LetsPick.one may share design language with other apps from the same studio (such as Epicnap, SessionGlow, and Jamcue). Those products have their own privacy policies on their respective sites. This policy applies specifically to LetsPick.one on letspick.one and any subdomain or redirect we configure for the service.
