Privacy Policy
Introduction
LetsPick.one ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the choices you have when using LetsPick.one on the web and in our native mobile apps.
What LetsPick.one is
LetsPick.one lets signed-in hosts create decisions with proposed dates, locations, or other options, share a link with guests, and view aggregated responses. Guests may respond without creating an account, depending on how the host shares the decision.
Information we collect
If you create an account, we process data needed to authenticate you (such as your email address) and operate your decisions: titles, descriptions, options, and responses submitted by you and your guests (for example names and availability). We process this data to provide the service, maintain security and reliability, and communicate with you about essential account matters.
Analytics and the mobile apps (Firebase / Google)
Our iOS and Android apps use Google Firebase, including Google Analytics for Firebase, to measure how the apps are used (for example which screens are viewed and general interaction patterns), to improve performance and features, and to diagnose crashes. Firebase may collect technical identifiers and device-level information (such as app instance identifiers, platform, app version, and coarse regional information as determined by Google's systems). Google processes this information as described in Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not use Firebase to read the free-text content of your decisions for advertising profiling. Depending on your device, you may limit certain tracking or reset identifiers in your system settings (for example Apple's App Tracking Transparency or similar controls where available). Analytics in the mobile apps is separate from the logged-in decision data stored in our backend; combining them is not used for behavioral advertising by LetsPick.one.
Account deletion (web and mobile)
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected] from your account email and including "Delete my account". If self-serve deletion is available in your app version, you may also use the in-app account deletion option. Deleting your account removes or anonymizes account profile data and hosted decision data that can be linked to you, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-handling obligations. If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, deleting your LetsPick.one account does not automatically cancel store billing; cancel subscriptions in your Apple/Google subscription settings.
Hosting and service providers
The service is hosted on infrastructure providers (for example Vercel for the web app). Authentication and data storage may be processed by Supabase or similar providers we configure. For native mobile apps, Google Firebase / Google Analytics operates as described in the section above. Those services have their own privacy terms and may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses or logs) as part of hosting or analytics. We choose providers that fit a production application and keep access limited to what is needed to run LetsPick.one.
Related products
LetsPick.one may share design language with other apps from the same studio (such as Epicnap, SessionGlow, and Jamcue). Those products have their own privacy policies on their respective sites. This policy applies specifically to LetsPick.one on letspick.one and any subdomain or redirect we configure for the service.
