By accessing or using LetsPick.one (including our website or native mobile apps), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse LetsPick.one: no unlawful content, harassment, malware, attempts to break security or overload systems, scraping beyond normal use, or use that violates others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice where reasonable. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
LetsPick.one is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Third-party analytics (mobile)
The native mobile apps use Google Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase as described in our Privacy Policy. Those tools process certain technical and usage information to help us operate and improve the apps. By installing or using our mobile apps, you acknowledge that Google may process data in line with Google's policies and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the mobile apps.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including analytics and Firebase on mobile. Using LetsPick.one means you have reviewed that policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where allowed by law.
